Stress Management

We become stressed when our expectations of situations, events, or relationships do not match with reality.    When faced with change in  our routine or our way of life we often must shift, readjust, and rebalance .  Successful stress management creates resilience, our ability to take  life's curve balls and hit them back out into the outfield.

We offer individualized as well as group programs and workshops for successful holistic stress management and developing resilience.   You will learn to recognize the stressors and triggers that knock you off  balance, and learn  easy and  effective  techniques for managing stress, instead of allowing  stress  to manage you.. Stress management sessions may be combined with integrative health coaching programs and sessions if you desire.

We  have created stress management programs for a wide variety of audiences,  including healthcare professionals,  college students, athletes, adolescents, and adults.
